It’s not a good time for Halle Berry and her husband Olivier Martinez. They are getting sued for $5million by Ronaldo Owens — an employee at LAX who claims that Olivier assaulted him with a car seat as they got off a plane back in January.
Owens alleges that Olivier shoved the empty car seat at him and then shoved him to the ground — on purpose! The lawsuit states, ” . . . without any provocation or justification Martinez abruptly turned towards Ronaldo, and brutally and intentionally charged at Ronaldo using an empty child’s car seat he held in his hands as a weapon, striking Ronaldo to the ground with the seat, and causing Ronaldo humiliation and injury.”
But wait, it gets crazier, as it goes on to say that Halle aided and abetted in the attack and did nothing to stop it from happening. In fact, the suit claims that Halle and Olivier have a history of this type of behavior!
